Cancellation and Refund
  • As per Gainwell policy to issue your air tickets/ apply for visa & do the booking, token advance is required. Full Payment is needed prior departure
  • Payment Policy:- Full Payment is required 30days prior to the departure date. If the departure date is within 30days of travel, full payment has to be made by the client. Incase of Cruise, we require full cruise payment, along with the non-refundable booking deposit as mentioned
  • Cancellation Policy:-

    • 30 Days or more prior to departure - Booking Amount
    • 30-16days: 50% of the total tour cost
    • 15-08days: 75% of the total tour cost
    • 07-0days: 100% cancellation will apply
    • Visa fee & Service charges are non refundable

Cruises Policy

Important Information

a) All passengers must obtain relevant visa(s) prior to sailing, failing which passengers will be denied boarding & no refund will be entertained.

b) Passport Date of Expiry should be more than 6 months from the end of Cruise sailing date otherwise pax will not allowed boarding and there will be no refund for such cases.

Cancellation charges will apply as per cancellation policy mentioned below.
