TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• The above prices are on per person twin sharing basis.
• These rates are valid for a minimum of 2 people traveling together.
• Rates are subject to changes in fares / taxes / fuel surcharges /policies of airlines /visa charges/ hotels currency fluctuation and /or suppliers.
• All services are based on single transfers and normal office working hours. Should the passengers depart for earlier / later arrivals / departures, additional costs will have to be incurred.
• Accommodation will be provided hotels but can be replaced without prior notice to similar category hotels.
• Cancellation charges as per company policies.
• The itinerary and rates are valid for seven day from the date of quotation.
• Payable in INR & USD under current rate of exchange
• The above is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings, which are subject to availability/ change
• Airfares are subject to confirmation on the lowest class
• Price indicated is valid for a maximum of 7 days from offer date. We reserve the right to amend or remove this offer at any time

• To proceed for any reservation for tickets, visa and hotels and any other services we require an initial non-refundable booking deposit amount of INR 15,000 per person in case of Far East & INR 30, 000 per person in case of Europe/Aus /Africa etc and Passport  photocopies of each passenger
• Payment Policy:· Full Payment is required 30days prior to the departure date. If the departure date is within 30days of travel, full payment has to be made by the client. Incase of Cruise, we require full cruise payment, along with the non-refundable booking deposit as mentioned
  
  Cancellation Policy:·  
  • 30Days or more prior to departure – Booking Amount
  • 30-16days: 50% of the total tour cost
  • 15-08days: 75% of the total tour cost
  • 07-0days: 100% cancellation will apply
  • Visa fee & Service charges are non refundable

IMP. NOTE :

• Visas / European visas may take 6 - 10 weeks to process & solely at the discretion of the Consulate. Gainwell will not be responsible for delay/ refused visas & the fee once paid is non – refundable.
• Your passports must be valid for atleast 1 years from the date of travel
• Passport valid for more than 10 years may not be entertained by Schengen/some countries.

This itinerary is correct at the time of writing, however Gainwell and their agents cannot be held responsible for any  
alterations that may occur due to changing conditions or circumstances beyond their control. All business is conducted
